    14th Day on Induction!

Well today was my last day on my 14 day Induction phase and will go into Extended Induction phase...I have lost 16lbs and will get weighed on Monday to see how I am doing.

I celebrated by going for a nice little walk.

Was a very easy program for me with some little mistakes on eating but seem to not be as hungry and have my craving under control with the help of L-Glutamine for now....

I have lost some inches and my personal grooming is getting better already! Wow!

Anyway wanted to share!! Johnny :guns

    ~You're doing great! ~

We all need to remember that we cant reward with food. It wonderful to reward with a walk on a beautiful day, taking in the scenery and breathing fresh air.

Congratulations on a successful first 14 days on induction, Johnny :clapping
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

              WTG Johnny!!
Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Everyday you will be getting healthier by eating low carb.

Your 14 day induction weight loss is a good amount. It is hard telling how much you will drop in the days/weeks to come. I am proud of you.

What inspiring success! I know there's lots of water weight, but isn't it deliciously fun to say, "Why yes, I've lost 16 pounds!" And you do start to take better care of yourself, because you realize you're worth it. Bravo!
