    I found it!

My energy that is. I am on day four of induction and going strong. Today is my turning day. No headache, no sluggish feelings, no sickies. I have been going all day. And eating hah! We had a late breakfast, went out to eat for the first time today for breakfast and I couldn't even finish a ham and cheese omlett. I scooped the hashbrowns and bagel onto an empty plate and didn't even feel the need to touch them. I have started taking Atkins supplements so that is probably helping as well. So anyway I am excited.
