  • I know this has been asked

but I am going to ask again, I am re-reading the book now and I am sure it is in there somewhere but for now if someone could help me I would appreciate it.

My calories decreased by about 800 today from the first 3 days of induction. They were around 1700-1800 today vs about 2300-2400.

Do I need to worry about going to low and screwing up my body? I am truly satisfied and actually had to force down dinner.

You know what'll happen...some days you'll be up..some days you'll be down...at the end of the week, it'll all average out, and it'll be fine. :yes
It's the same thing with your fat/protein/carb ratios...they will bobble around from day to day but in the end, they'll all average out.

If you are eating until satisfied by following the Rules of Induction, eating correctly from the Acceptable Foods list, you'll pretty much be right on target, don't wory about the calories...focus more on the ratios.

If you find that consistently your calories are too low, re-evaluate what you are eating and do some tweaking...but don't be too concerned about this in the first two weeks...you can re-evaluate after the two weeks are up.

The only time I'd worry about low calories is if they are consistantly under 1200 per day. You might eat that few calories a few times a month, but I doubt it would be a daily occurence. Like Moochie said, it'll all balance out, so don't worry! :nod
