Hello ADBBers!!
Came back from work today, had a bit of avocado then went to the gym for about an hour. Came back feeling hungry so cooked 2 chicken thighs and some prawn mayonnaise. Had them, and since then i'm feeling REALLY REALLY stuffed!! I know Dr A says not to eat till you're stuffed, but I was suprised that something I could eat before easily is now bothering me! I hope this doesn't slow me down
I decided tomorrow to eat a smaller portion for dinner cos I really don't want to feel like this. It feels like I've got food stuck down my gullet lol...
Just wanted to share with you good people that my appetite has been struck by lightening, and it's scary!
