  • What a feeling

A lot of people get gratification from eating comfort foods, high carb and sugar foods - I for one love the gratification of feeling healthier and thinner. I haven't lost much yet as I am still trucking along, but damn do I feel good! I feel lighter, healthier, more energetic, happier, etc. I am looking forward to the fall when I am down 50 pounds!

That's what I was gonna say! What do you mean you haven't lost much yet!? 37 pounds is equilvalent to a small child! :icondance You've done great! Go to the grocery store and try to lift 40 pounds of potatos and you will be amazed at how much weight that is, and astonished that you used to carry all that around with you!

You're doing great! Pick up 37 pounds worth of potatoes! I sooo agree with the gratification coming from becoming healthier and more fit. I think with that attitude you're gonna be a lifetime success.
