Whipped cream!!!

Does it sure that I can take whipped cream safely on induction?
I bought Anchor whipped cream already and i'm not sure.
So pls give me and advice cos I want something to reduce my craving.

And any dessert recipes which not cook with oven because I don't have it!

today is my first day restarting atkins.

Heavy whipping cream is allowed, but you have to whip it yourself. Also, refer the the induction food list. There are no induction friendly desserts listed.

Cream that you whip yourself is the best bet because many pre-whipped whipped creams contain some form of sugar.
