    Hello everyone,

Well I started my Induction on 6/6 and so far I am doing well. I have to admit it is hard these first days. This is my second real commitment to Atkins. The first time was from 9/2003 - 12/2003 and I lost about 40 pounds that time. I'll admit I did not follow everything so strictly.

I was very proud because I was able to get rid of all my bigger clothes. But I have been struggling since then to really dedicate myself again and get to my goal weight.

I have been reading many of the success stories and viewing the before and after pics. WOW!!!! I am so motivated by everyone. I want to be a success as well and one day post some great pictures showing that.

My mind is set at being healthier and obtaining my goal. I am also exercising at least 3 times a week for now. So here's to a good induction!

    Welcome back.

Think about what made you fall off the last time.

In my experience reading this board, many people fall off because they stay on Induction too long and they get bored/frustrated with the food choices. If this is what happened to you, you may want to consider moving onto OWL after your 14 day Induction.
