hi all. so i am on day 9 of induction and so far i have lost 7 lbs. I have also been going to the gym like a maniac and I am losing inches ( 2 off my chest
3.5 of my waist and 2 of my hips!!) but I am not really losing any more weight. I use fitday to chck my carbs and I have been under 20 each day... I do NOT drink as much water as I should, although I am getting up to where I should be able to drink 64oz/day. Will drinking more water help me drop lbs faster? Or do you think I am seeing a balance between fait lost and muscle gained at the gym ( I am lifting)

excercise would cause them to come off slower b/c I am gaining muscle mass right? I am also goig to cut out coffee entirely today ( what a headache I have) and any kind of artificial sweetenter. I'M FRUSTRATED!!!! :anger :anger :anger*******************************
