Well today is my official one week, and NO cheating YEEAAAHHHHHHH!

Yesterday I really wanted crackers and I am not sure why. I ate pepperoni "chips" instead ... a lot of them but I figured that was better than eating crackers. I can't think of anything I would have eaten to cause such a strong craving for crackers but I am just glad it is gone.

My husband hid the scale from me last night because I was thinking about weighing this morning and I really wanted to wait until the 2 week was up. He is only going to give it to me at the 2 weeks, and then the first of each month from there so I can't weigh more than once a month.

That is great Shay, you are well on your way! Watch out for the sodium content in the pepperoni, drink lots of water to flush it out of your system! That sodium can make you retain water :yes

and then the first of each month from there so I can't weigh more than once a month.

Thats What I've been doing, granted i've only weighed once so far, but its still a little bit easier on the mind. My only problem is I keep thinking that as soon as I get on the scale its going to say I haven't lost an ounce but gained 15lbs!

I know, I know, all in my head. But I rather have that, then weigh everyday and deal with fluctuations.

nothing earth shaking, but I have been going for walks with a friend the last couple nights.
