Hey everyone!
I just had to write...I'm wearing a pair of pants that a month ago I could not pull up past my hips. Now they are loose in the legs and the waist is not cutting off my circulation! I am so happy.
Funny thing is, I'm more a slave to my blood sugar meter than the scale. Ive noticed some things really spike my blood sugar, like sugar alcohol..so I avoid it, also some foods I thought were "free" are not for me.
TOM came the first week I was on induction (started over after memorial day) so that was a little discouraging, now I'm down about 7 pounds, but it feels like more 15. I walk 2.5 miles about 4 times a week and I feel great. I still have psycho thoughts about binging...but, thinking about my health takes me back into reality, which is different. When I used to only care about my weight I easily blew it very often. My two weeks will end next Tuesday, but I feel I'll stay on induction. Thanks for all your support!
