Just got back from being with DH in Victoria at my daughter's university graduation for the last 6 days. We had a great time, the weather even co-operated, and we followed this WOE carefully, and even went and worked out at the club, did a ton of walking, the only sitting we did was for the 2 hours at the convocation! I got on the scale this morning, TOM is still with me and I was down 1 1/2 lbs. I jumped for joy!!! DH is down a bit too! So it definately can be done, if you set your mind to it.

Actually Moochiecat, that cheesecake, ended up being a flop,,,,the top burnt, as I was not used to the oven :no So it did end up being expensive cream cheese, in the garbage!!!Comment
