  • Day 1 of Induction!

    Hi Everyone,

I'm excited about being here and starting this new WOE. I did start this 1 year ago to the day, and lost 30 lbs, but the holidays got in the way and I thought I'd be able to induldge on the "old" way of eating and get right back to this WOE, and it just didn't happen. I realize now that you just have to adjust your WOE, even on the holidays or it will be difficult getting back...well, it took me 6 months, but I'm back and ready to go! I will not let the holidays mess me up this time!
    Start date: 06/09/05

:wave Welcome back to Atkins and our ha family :hug
It looks as if you have got the right idea now - well done, it takes some people many attempts to do that :yes
Make sure you reread your ADBB 2002, rid yourself of 'illegal' foods and start drinking your water and I am sure you will soon again be a big loser :joy
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
