When I first started the induction of which I've had to start over at least over 3 times, I was doing great and losing. But now, I cheat every once in awhile and I go up and down with my weight. It's not that I eat junk food but I've been cheating with grapefruit and diet pepsi. I'm starting over once again. Any suggestions or words of encouragement? How can I complete the entire 14 day process of induction?

uhmm... firstly, could you chuck all that grapefruit and diet pepsi? You can't have either on Induction anyway and having temptations lying around your house doesn't help

Also, why not post your menu for review? Be honest! When someone is looking over your menu, giving you feedback, it could be a start for you to try better next time30yo F 5'5 (166cm)

You have got to plan what you are going to eat and stick with it.
Get rid of your grapefruits and pepsi - either give them away or bin them!
If you only have induction-legal food and snacks available you are halfway there :hug
If you do eat something not on the list just carry on eating induction foods straight away - you don't have to 'start again' just count the next day after your slip as the next day of your 14-days. So if you fall on day 4 the next day is your day 5.
If you are finding the induction foods boring then on day 15 move on to OWL and start climbing the rungs to establish your CCLL and any foods you can't tolerate.
We now have a new forum especially for re-starters like you - the Second Time Around forum so pop in there and get to know the other regulars and find out how they are making it work for them this time :hugWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
