    Feeling Weak for 2 Weeks!

    Hello-

I'm re-inducting and this time around feeling very out of energy. Today is day 13 of induction for me. I'm taking a One a Day Carbsmart vitamin. Nothing seems to help. I've done this before, and am eating and drinking plenty, and losing weight. Just got nothing in me. Any suggestions? Anyone else experience this?

    Thanks.

I almost cannot function at 20 carbs. Upping my carbs in owl is the only thing that brought back energy. Once I hit 30 my energy came back and now I'm at 35.

When I did this 1st time round I got very weak. I was advised to take a potassium supplement which helped me greatly.
This time round, when I started induction I started with the potassium supp straight away and so far feel great.

Yeah thats the problem I come across with people alot of the time. They are unsure about why they feel so lousy, but then you look at their calories, its about 4-500 below their bmr. :yikes

Like my daddy use to say, "For God's sake, eat man!"

Make sure you're drinking enough water arty

Also get a little bit of exercise...it will help stimulate your metabolism.

The other suggestions sound good too. :yes
