    What one ingredient(s) do you feel makes you lose more weight? For me It would have to be eggs with butter! I don't know why, but whenever I eat eggs with the butter I feel like it helps me lose weight faster?!

    That's interesting! I can honestly say that I don't lose weight any faster by eating any certain foods. I can say that since I started last August, I have not had a stall or plateau. I attribute that to exercise!

                what I meant to say was..LOL...I think that's why I feel the loss with eggs and butter...because of the butter! I like to use a lot when I scamble eggs.
