  • BP coming down all ready

I am a 70 year old male- my BP was running in the 150's (and 160's at times).
After 14 days on diet, with a few mistakes made in carb counts,
my BP has started to level off in the 130's range. Very quick results I think!
:joy I cut my diuretic to 1/2 tablet a day and carefully monitor my BP several times a day. So far still in the 130-134/66 range.
We don't have the Ketone sticks yet, but hope to get some at the end of the month.
By the way, my weight went from 145 to 140 so far.
My wife from 170 to 165...we expect to do another week on the induction due to miscounting carbs in our whipped cream, cheesecake and Splenda!
Good luck to all :hug Pete & Crystal
