I'm in training for a 10k, we are weeks away from the race and are starting to run some pretty long runs, yesterday it was 8k and I nearly died!! I am really struggling to find a snack that will give me great energy through out my run, chicken just isn't cutting it, I find I'm weak and lack the stamina to continue long runs, does any one have any ideas for induction safe snacks that will give me some energy?

is full fat yogurt allowed on induction? i don't think it is, but i guess if we work out hard, then a few extra carbs are ok. SF peanut butter---same question...It's not on the list, but i guess if our workouts are strenuous on induction, are you saying that we can eat a few low carb items that aren't induction friendly?

Miss..check your pm's. I moved your original post to the Exercise Forum so it would be dealt with there.
I'd rather the discussion take place there than have this confusion about whether sf peanut butter and yogurt be allowed in Induction if a person is working out hard.
It's confusing enough for the newbies as it is, so if we could keep that discussion in the Exercise Forum, that would be great, thanks!!
