That does seem like a long time to feel bad. Have you followed a really clean induction? Is there anything you can detect that might be triggering such withdrawals. Maybe you could post a menu, and what your schedule has been so others can take a peek and maybe see somthing.Cathy in Silverton / City of the Falls

It's only been the Monday and Wednesday of this week, yesterday I felt fine, I'm not sleeping great but other than that I can't seem to see the problem. Is there such a thing as eating too little carbs? Sometimes I don't even make it to 10 carbs a day, I wonder if that's a possibility?

Have you been doing long runs during this week? I know you are going to be doing one soon.
It could be a combination of Induction Flu(withdrawal), lots of exercise(which is demanding) and the small amount of carbs.
Try and get close to your 20 carbs a day...look at the Acceptable Foods list and choose some more carb dense veggies. Make sure your fat/protein/carb ratio is where it needs to be.
You can do this at www.fitday.com and here's a link to help you with that.
I felt like crap on day 7 when I was in Induction, and it seemed to take forever for me to get that 'burst of energy' that everyone kept talking about.
Hang in there...perhaps post a few menus in the Review My Menu forum (if you haven't already) and let's have a look. :yes
