    Hi. This is my 3rd week on induction. In week 1 I lost 10 lbs. Week 2 I lost 1 lb I now feel "stuck" I have been VERY strict, and have not cheated. Would exercising really help? If so what type? Any ideas an dvds? Thank u. If It helps I am at 189 now, 5'5" and would like to be around 130.

    Sounds like you're about right on target with that pattern...give this a read..it'll help reassure you:


    As for exercise, it's always a great idea!
    Even if you just go out for a 15 minute walk, turn around and walk home again..voila, a 30 min walk!

    You may want to check out the Exercise Forum and see if there are previous posts asking about dvds as well. :yes
