31lbs out the door and gone forever!!

Super happy! I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself until July 1st, but I succumbed what can I say...other than yay I'm so glad I did! I started induction on May 28, 2005 at 216lbs and as of today June 15, 2005 I am already down to 185!! I am even MORE motivated now to kick *** and up the excercise!! Okay, ah enough rambling...hope everyone is having a great day and keep up the good work!!

Thanks! I think they key for me was instead of having 3 meals a day having 6 small meals spread out throughout the day...+ I drink about 2 gallons of water a day and aim for an hour of excercise a day...although the first 8 or 9 days I didn't really excercise...also 99% of the food I eat is pure in other words no cream cheese, splenda, diet sodas, low carb foods, etc...more how it comes in nature...and I have a 1/2 cup of veggies with each small meal...so spreading my veggies out and trying to excercise before I eat for the day.

You guys are all so encouraging!! I'm soooo glad I found this forum...it definitely makes losing this weight so much easier having all of your support! Its definitely been great losing all that weight so quick...but I know that this is a way of life not a quick fix so I'm definitely in this for the long haul!
