Hi everyone! I have a TON of induction foods I have created - since I was on induction for a about 9 months straight (I know, I know, please don't hit me!!) I came up with many ways to make the same foods different.
Here is a great salad I enjoy-
1. 2 cups of romaine lettuce on a plate
2. top lettuce with 2 TBS of either friendly ranch or creamy ceasar dressing
3. Place plate of lettuce and dressing in the freezer
4. Season 4 oz. boneless chicken breast with McCormick chicken seasonings
5. Grill seasoned chicken until cooked and top with 2 oz. of mixed cheddar/monterey cheeses - let the cheese melt.
6. Slice chicken to your preference
7. Place sliced chicken on top of very cold lettuce and dressing.
Eat and enjoy!!!
