newbie on 8th day of induction

    Greetings all
I discovered my Atkins book one day as I was cleaning out my old bedroom at my parents. I am a buyer of books. I like to read whats in them but hardly ever do as they say!

But I looking in the mirror and saw I had gained some unsightly weight!! :yikes :yikes Can't live looking at myself from the neck up. That won't do! So I decided to make a change.

I'm on my 8th day of Atkins :joy. I started at 215, somehow I am down to 205, and thought I'd join the boards to get some feedback on my journey.

            Thank you all

Thank you all for your support and kindness :hug . I'll be sure to post as much as I can and I'll let you guys know how my 14 days of induction went!! I've already planned father's day dinner for tomorrow its mashed cauliflour and baked turkey :nod !! So my parents and siblings will have a low carb dinner. Not sure how they will take that....ah well lol. I'll make them a baked macaroni or something so I won't hear them grumbling too much!!

              Good planning :yes
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
