Vitamins?

Anyone know of a good vitamin to take while doing the induction? I need something that won't kill my birth control (one a days kill bc)....and something easy to swallow. I have a hard time swallowing big pills and ones that aren't coated! LOL

This is what I use, but you want to keep taking your supplements even after you're done with Induction.

Alive by Natures Way - it's not a synthetic vit/min, it's made from Whole foods. I use the Iron Free version, and iherb seems to have the best prices - I buy most of my supplements from them.
