  • Is it possible??

I started induction exactly seven days ago and had "induction flu" for about 3 days since then I have been getting the "energy boosts" and feeling great. I wanted to start exercising today because I thought I was clear of the "induction flu"; however, I have been feeling sooo tired today and just wanting to take a nap. I have drinken the appropriate water and have so far eaten: 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 cups of salad with chicken. I had to force myself to eat that because I was not even hungry. Why am I so tired and will prolonging exercise stall my weight loss?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

No don't worry. My mom has a condition where she can't exercise and she's losing weight on Atkins. However, once the flu is over I'd suggest that you do.. it'd really speed it up. Don't worry, you'll feel great soon

Yeah wait until all flu symptoms are gone. It took me two weeks to get over all of them, some people 3 days.

Just remember to start exercising when you can!
