I do not take the Atkins supplements. What regular brand of multivitamin would be the best to take?

try psyllum husks...you can get them in health food stores...they come in powder and capsuls...from my understanding you want the capsules as they are lest than appealing to the palate :tounge
I find that adding some psyllium husks to mayonnaise and mixing some chopped celery into that is a palatable way of getting them down.
Mixed with water they make me gag!!

I think the easiest way to take your fiber is to get the generic capsules (generic for metamucil) at walmart or target...you have to take 6 at a time :yikes 1 or 2 times a day. I manage it 1 time a day, lol.
