Be very careful about the flax limits in that bread.
During Induction, you are allowed flax, wheat bran or psyllium husks for use as a dietary fiber supplement at 1 tablespoon per day. If you are using these fiber supplements to relieve constipation, you start off at 1 tablespoon then increase or decrease the amount until you are relieved of your constipation.
That recipe was concocted primarily for extended Induction and the nut/seed rung of OWL, where you are allowed to add 1 ounce of seeds/nuts to your diet.
