    Heh, I have actually done this...the last diet I was on I had MAD macaroni and cheese cravings...I used to pick a noodle out, and just let it sit in my mouth, i never chewed them because then i was too scared i would swallow...but yeah I used to do that with macaroni and mashed potatos! I think one day I'm going to invent Mac n cheese flavored syrup....and pour it on my chicken! ha! It is my favorite food...especially the stouffer's kind!

      I understand how everyone feels on Sunday my family had a BBQ and someone made cheesecake bites and I was being teased, but all i said was while you eat cheesecake I will have a nice new figure!! LOL
