    Yes - I am starting over.

    I was quite upset at myself for messing up so fast. I was doing good the first week and then let myself get off track.

    But I am done beating myself up and well the weight is not going to disappear by itself. So here I go again.

    I need to drink plenty of water (more water). I am also trying the Slim in 6 videos. My friend had great succes with these and Atkins at the same time.

    Well this is the plan and as an added incentive I took out this dress I have in a size Small which I haven't worn in years but it is in my closet and when I go to get clothes I see it and I want to fit into it again. I know I will.

      Welcome back on the Atkins wagon :hug
      Can you work out what made you 'get off track'?
      Perhaps you can work out what you can do this time to resist whatever it was if the same situation/temptation arises?
