  • Ketosis Help!!!

    Hi all,

    I cannot get the Ketosis strips here in Hong Kong, I have looked everywhere..

    What are the "signs" that you are in Ketosis??? Headaches?

    Thanks all, I feel awful and just want to make sure it is a good sign..

      Well I have everything listed but the burst of energy today.. I had it for the past 2 days, but not today, today just thirsty, cannot get enough water, and in the bathroom more than anywhere else and the headache..

          You're experiencing a touch of the induction flu. Which is basically your body withdrawing from carbs. Duration can be anywhere from1 day to 7 days depending upon your addiction level to carbs. When it's gone you will wake up and feel better than ever, and have that energy everyone talks about.

          I also got lightheaded along with the headache for my "flu".

            I like using the ketostix. As I'm adding food in OWL I won't be waiting weeks or months to find out how I'm responding.
