Hello all! I was on atkins for 11 days and lost 14 lbs, but goofed up on the 12th day and decided to just do a slimfast and lean cusine diet. Well, I did that for 5 days and felt very weak and hungry for most of the day...this evening I poured what i had left of my slimfast down the drain and gave my lean cusines to a friend and have decided to go back on atkins tomorrow and stick with it for the duration of my weight loss. I have 50 lbs to loose. Thanks for listening!

I was also on another diet when I started this woe. (low-cal, contrld carb, low fat) I lost 37lbs, but I had cravings, and felt hungry way too often! I decided to start Atkins in March and since I've lost another 58lbs! I'm actually losing faster on the woe, than I was before! I feel great, never hungry, and full of energy.
