I just HAD to tell someone (besides my wonderful DH..lol) that, I just measured myself for the first time since I started (day 5 today...not that far along) and I have lost a total of 7.5 inches!
bust: -1.5
waist: -1
hips: -1
thighs: -2
arms: -1
legs: -1
I'm thrilled! but...does that sound about right?? And, how much of it can I attribute to water loss?
