Maybe it's time to think about OWL. Or it could be that your body is adjusting. 35lbs is amazing! Great job! Be patient, it will pay off. :hug

35lbs in a month and your sad because it slowed down? You didn't think it would be 35lbs every month did ya?

It will be alright, your body is adjusting and it shall find a comfortable losing rate for you.

There are times that your body has to catch up with the weight you have lost. In 3-4 weeks you have lost 35 lbs. That is a sizable amount.

Please be patient and just keep working your new way of eating. It just takes time and everyone is different. We all lose at different rates.

Keep eating from the induction list. Keep drinking all required water. Keep exercising and you will see results when your body is ready to turn lose of more weight.

Get out your measuring tape and check to see if you are losing inches. Even if the scale is telling you that you aren't losing, your measuring tape may show you that you are making progress. Got to be patient. This just takes time. We didn't get heavy in a short time and we can't lose the weight in a short time. wish we could. :anger

Are you using www.fitday.com to see if you are eating the right percentages. We are supposed to be eating, 65%fat, 30%protein and 5% carbs.

        Happy Low carbing!!

All I can say when I read your posts is WOW! 35lbs is really good. Like it was said, your body has now decided to catch up. Please dont get discouraged, that is really good. Losing weight is the hardest thing, and it will take a long time. Did you put 35lbs on in 3-4 weeks. I dont think so. Hang in there. Hang with us all. Your not alone. This is journey, and its a fun one. Remember this is a plan for life. If you woke up tomorrow and the all the weight was gone, would you know what or how to keep yourself there??? Work in progress my dear.... :nod :hug
