I drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day, and everyone tells me that is to much. I feel fine, but now I am worrying, am I over doing it? :confused

I think that the 'urban myths' that say too much water is bad for you arise from occasions when youngsters (particularly) bet each other they can drink a gallon of water AT ONE TIME and end up being hospitalised or worse.
After all - 1.5 gallons US is 24 cups US of water. Say you drink a cup every half hour throughout the day between 8 am and 8 pm you could easily drink that amount without problems. Though you might get a bit too much exercise with the 'bathroom trips' :yikes
As long as you are pacing your water drinking and spreading it out through the day I don't see how it can harm you (unless you have some medical condition that is worsened by plenty of water)Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

A doctor told me once that an absolute minimum should be roughly half one's weight in ounces. Anything more than that is gravy for me, and I think it's a rather decent standard.Sheila, Founder of SugarFreeSheila.com
