    Cheated

    I must confess I cheated.

    Today was horrible, it just just staring at me the whole time....mocking me, begging me, makeing deals with me...I kept fighting but I finally gave in. :no
    I am so weak..


    I weighed.....AND I AM SO PISSED! I am only suppose to weigh monthly and I weighed today! GRRRR...I mean, I am 2lbs down, but still...I need more control...


    No more weigh ins until date listed in signature!

    Put the scale somewhere where it is realllllyyy inconvenient for you to get to it. Stick it in your car trunk!!

      lol, well its not even mine, We have one at the place I work on sundays..I've kept off of it for two months, I can do it for another 7

        Your fine, dont worry. Its not going to do you any good beating yourself up about it. Its just good that you put yourself back on track and didnt let your cheat give you the OK to keep on doing it.....

            He's saying that he cheated by weighing himself earlier than he had planned. Of course, he would never cheat on this WOL. :ThumbsUp

              I hate the scales...they rule my moods if I get on and am up I am pissy for the morning if I get on them and they are down I am happy....if I am the same I wonder what is wrong even though I am at or below my goal wt!....I wish I could just get rid of the damn thing and be happy with what I see in the mirror that is for sure!!!....monthly weigh ins are great but I have scales eveywhere at work and two at home..I can get rid of the ones at home but they might have issue with me tossing the clinic scales out ...no matter how much they like me on my good days!!!
