Great and welcome to this wonderful world.

Make sure you have all your foods ready, sure of how you will deal with cravings and have an exercise plan down.

Check out some of the challenges if you think that might help you stay motivated.

I HAVE BEEN GONE FOR WAY TOO LONG. MY HUSBAND HAD TO CHANGE JOBS AND THEN WE MOVED AND I DIDN'T THINK I COULD AFFORD IT ANYMORE AND BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. ANYWAY, I AM BACK ON TOMORROW AND HAVE 2 GIRLS IN THE OFFICE JOINING IN WITH ME. I AM ONCE AGAIN EXCITED ABOUT THE PROSPECT OF JOUREYING ON TO A SAFER AND HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE. HOPE TO TALK TO MANY OF YOU SOON.

          HERE WE GO.

Hello Everyone! I also started on monday. Day 1 went fine, I'm happy about the food choices, they don't leave me feeling hungry. My only problem was I had a headache most of the day (but I am a migrainer anyway :sadblinky ) and also I couldnt stay away from the pot, My bladder must be the size of a pea! :yikes

I ate 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and then snacked on some deviled eggs before lunch, lunch I had a salad with canadian bacon and carbwell dressing (no carbs or sugar and actually tastes good) and then for dinner I made my first omlet. Yup! Never made an omlet before, it turned out great!!! I used beef with taco seasoning and of course the egg, and I also added some tomato and then topped it with cheese and taco sauce. It was delicious!!! Today I had some sausage for breakfast and have been snacking on cheese, not sure what im having for lunch, Im craving another omlet though!!!

Im curious about how to get those pictures you all have displaying your weight and all that. those are so cute.

I hope this WOE helps my problems. Im 20 years old and was always very lean and fit, around 150-160 and then I graduated and stopped all sports. Now im up to almost 260. I guess, of course, I knew it was coming on but I never thought it would be this bad. My family basically dis-owned me because its an embarrasment to them and the community they live in. (great family, huh?) So I'm looking for all the support I can get! Thanks and Good luck to everyone!
