How do I add one of those scales at the bottom of my message which shows my starting weight and goal weight???

Add this line you have here

into your siggy by going to <Profile> at the top of the page, scroll down where it says "signature", and paste the above line in the box. It should appear in your siggy after you click on <Submit> down the bottom of your Profile page

If it doesn't work, go back to the tickerfactory, and select the code for BBcode and follow the same instructions - your ticker should work
