  • Need some advice...

    Hello,
    I'm back after a big break and an additional 10 pds! (AHHH). But, no big deal. Well, I'm on day 9 of induction and no cheats or Frankenfoods, so I'm pretty proud of myself. Here's my little concern: the first week I went down to 154, this week I'm up to 157. I know a 3 pd. loss is good, I'm just worried about my foods. I don't eat more than 3 oz. of cheese, and I try to stay away from red meat (I'll have it once a week or so). I do have pork rinds every day, about 2.5 oz, and I have been having a "beef stick" every day as a snack. I'm wondering if that is causing me to gain, or to have extra salt in my body. I'm exercizing every day and drinking 2-4 liters of water. I just want to make sure I do this induction good so I can carry on and continue to lose weight. Have pork rinds or cream cheese caused a stall or gain in anyone? I'm thinking about cutting them out all together, plus the beef stick. What do you all think? Thanks!

    I've had really fatty/salty processed meats stall me.
    You want to stick to the plain unprocessed meats as much as possible.
    Maybe post a whole day's menu so people can look at it.
