Me and my landlord have been fitting a new kitchen into his house, it was all going to plan until last night, at which point we realised we had done a monumental cock up. So it looks like we may be without a kitchen for a few days longer. This wasn’t a big problem but things have started to get really messy and its becoming difficult to cook meals. So tonight I’m thinking of getting take out. But I obviously don’t want to blow the diet so can anyone give me some ideas what I can eat that is low in carbs??

Anything on the acceptable foods list! That means no sauces with sugar or starches in. Plain cooked meats, salads, veggies and use your own 'known' dressings to avoid slipups.
You havent indicated where in the world you are, but many fastfood outlets do have their nutrition info on their websites, or call them and ask what they sell that meets the rules of induction.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Do you have a fridge or no?
If so you're set because you can buy a pre-cooked chicken and salad veggies(or canned tuna & salmon, deli meats) and do the meat and salad thing.
Do you have a microwave you can set up in the living room? Scrambled eggs in the microwave turn out pretty good...just add a splash of water into them and stir them up every 20 seconds or so until done.
But don't be shy to ask food places about their food. Their are lots of us low-carbers out there and they've probably heard a lot of the questions before.
