Without the support from this board, I probably would have given up and gained all of the weight back!!!!!!!!!! Today, after 4 days back on induction and exercise everyday, I am down to 151 lbs. That means I lost the six lbs I had gained when I cheated plus 1 more. OMG!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you all of you supportive people.

I haven't been one of those supportive people because I am pretty new to this again (day nine), but I sure do appreciate the people on this board also!149.8/no weigh/ 119

1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine -
rung 6 - beans, hummus
rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
(on to pre-maintenance)

Well, now, you are certainly welcome! I am so glad that I found this board. I love to read everyone's comments. Atkins is a very easy diet to follow, but it can be tough if that makes sense.

I notice you have another 11 to goal, Cathy.
As you are obviously back in ketosis after your 'lapse' are you going to start the OWL rungs now?
You ought to be in pre-maintenance for the last few pounds to allow you to find your CCLL.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
