Perhaps someone has been through this and can share their experience.
I've been on Induction for 5 days and been following the Rules to a T. (Before starting Atkins, I was mostly on a moderately low carb, low fat diet averaging 1200 cals per day)
I have not seen the scale or my measurements move at all. I typically react quickly to changes in diet or exercise. I think I may be taking in too many calories in comparison to my pre-Atkins diet.
On Atkins I am eating
Bkfast - 2 scrambled eggs with 1 teasp butter ; 1 turkey sausage
Lunch - Grilled salmon steak ; 2 cups lettuce ; dressing made of 1 tbsp mayo and 2 oz blue cheese
Dinner - 1 cup broccoli ; 1 roasted chicken breast
If I eat any more, I feel gross. I also exercise (Cardio+ weights 4X per week). I have approx 10-12 lbs to lose in total. When I expect to see a big difference. BTW, Ketostix are registering a moderate fat loss, but I measure and weigh the same. What am I missing?

Give yourself the full 14 days. Induction isn't a 5 or 7 day process, it's a 14 day process.
