What is a "clean induction"?

I hear the phrase 'clean induction' all around this BB, and while I sort of get the gist, I'm not sure what it means exactly, or what the rules are of adhering to a clean induction.

Can someone please either explain or point me to the explanation for what this means?

A "clean" Induction is done by strictly adhering to the rules of Induction and eating only what's allowed on the Induction Acceptable Foods list.
