    cheese squares wrapped in plastic...is this legal cheese?

    If it is processed cheese, then no. The deli slices of "real" cheese are...but they are usually not individually wrapped. Stuff like velveeta, processed cheese slices...all of those are not on the list of acceptable foods for Induction. Look for block cheeses, most shredded cheeses, and the "deli" slices mentioned above as alternatives!

        I get the individual packages of cheddar cheese and they are legal. I think mine are made by Land O Lakes.

        They're .75 ounces a piece, if I remember correctly.
