HEY EVERYONE! I have issues with this diet! Im on day 3 of the induction and I woke up this morning for work and was in the shower and could barely hold myself up, i felt like just falling down, I had to try so hard to finish. and then when I got out and slipped my hair over, i felt vomit coming up and had to....... :tounge swallow it back down. I felt so terrible! I don't know if this is part of the sickness you can get from starting this diet or what. Is this normal anyone, or is this diet hurting me??? has anyone else felt this before? thanks for the help everyone! *Krystle*
