Posting your menus

I'm seeing a lot of menu's being posted lately, and that's great! The best way to get reassurance about what you're eating is to let others have a look at it. :yes
I would like to request that you all post your menus in the "Review My Menu" forum though

And I also encourage everyone to frequently check out that forum as well. Seeing how others are doing can help you re-evaluate what you are eating as well and you can offer your own suggestions as well.

I agree with Moochie. The Review My Menu section is patrolled by mods and old-timer who are dying to give advice on your menues. (So, use the collective brain-power of these folks, otherwise, they just hang around ADBB with nothing to do.)
