today is my 1 month anniversary on atkins so I decided to buy myself some of these. I checked today, and RIGHT when it touched the urine it turned dark dark purple. I was pretty excited because I have kind of been in the dark about ketosis...people say it makes your breath smell, but, I smoke cigs (bad! i know!) so my breath always kind of smells But I am happy to be in ketosis!

yeah I use em and I love em!!! They don't change colour at all when I fall off the wagon and they always change colour when I'm in ketosis - I heard from many that these stix don't work, but my batch does and I'm real happy

I sure do love them, too. They tell me when to get back on track and when they aren't purple anymore I know to think about what I ate.
