  • My progress

    Well so far so good. I have lost 5 pounds. I am on week #2 since Monday.

    I am also on week #2 of the Slim in 6 exercise program. Wow! I am so energized everyday. The first 2 days I was sore but that went away quickly and now my body is beginning to feel more toned. I feel great doing these exercises. I actually look forward to them.

    Just want to share with everyone. Thanks for all the great support.

    To everyone just starting - stick to it because the results are well worth it.

      Good for you! Exercise makes all the difference. Soon you'll be an exercise junkie like many of us.

        Congrats Redlily!!

        You're one up on me re: exercise.....I did my first day of Yoga yesterday....but, I'm a little nervous to join in the Slim in 6 program, as I'm not sure I can commit like that and I don't want to let myself down. :no

        Although I have been keen on picking up a set of weights for myself....

        maybe I'll go do that today....
