    Help! I do not know how to do the signature thing... as you can see I tried but I don't know what I'm doing wrong? It just comes up as a URL and not the picture itself..

    Instead of copying the "URL" on top of the page, below your ticker you will see it says: bb Code, now just copy from where it says [img]...till the end of [/img]

    eg: [img]http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/3;10725;127;0;1/c/131/t/120/s/180/k/138c/weight.png[img]

      You are nearly there :yes
      All you need to do now is add the image tags.
      so add
      [img]
      before the http and
      [/img]
      after the .png
      Don't leave any spaces between them.

        Thanks.. it woked!!! great.....

        I'm on day 4 of induction today! My headaches are pretty much gone now but I do have the occasional craving still. Not as bad though. I've done cardio for 30 mins on the treadmill (except today I'm sore so I don't think I will as I don't want to injure myself - I'll do some toning instead)

        The hardest part for me is trying to drink all that water and having to pee all the time. I work night shift so it's hard and plus I take a diuretic on top of that! haha... does it get easier??
