Well I am on Atkins again. I have tried it several times & have lost weight easily but have always fallen back into the old habits
. I am now convinced that I am addicted to bread rolls
. I just can't help myself!!! It is a real struggle for me to keep away from them. Bread doesn't worry me so much but rolls are a real threat. I started Atkins on Saturday & have found it easy going so far but every time I go to the supermarket I find myself looking at the buns & just thinking how nice they would be with heaps of beautiful butter!! Another thing I miss heaps is fruit
. The oranges & apples are beautiful at present & I usually eat heps of them too. Does anyone have any ideas on how to compensate for these sort of items & keep myself clean throughout induction? I had a few strawberries yesterday just couldn't resist them
. I really want to succeed this time & be healthy for life. I am diabetic (on medication) & suffer from high blood pressure. When I was on Atlkins before I was able to go off my diabetes meds & felt heaps better. Please help me I really need some good advice.
