Hello all,
OK, so today is the last day of my official 2 week induction, and I'm happy to say that I've lost 7 1/2 pounds! (Even though I ate a few cherrys and one chocolate covered strawberry over the weekend.
I couldn't help it, my grandmother brought them specifically for me.) I've decided to stay on induction since I like it and I have a very important mini goal of 200 lbs by Aug. 19th. However, I've noticed that if I for some reason can't eat lunch or dinner or whatever until later, and I'm starting to get hungry, instead of just feeling it in my stomach like I used to, I get these HORRIBLE headaches. They go away once I eat something, but I never had anything like them before, accept maybe during my 3-day induction flu. Has anyone else been experiencing these? Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks,
Tara
