can someone help me out with this induction stuff. I thought i was doing things correct and then I got curious about the sausage I was eating and questioned that and found out I shouldnt be eating it. Then I looked at the luncheon meat i use and it also is bad.
The nutition facts label doesnt say it has sugar in it, then i look at the ingredients and it says sugar! does that mean everything that has sugar in the ingredients is a no? it says there is less than 2%. and what is whey protein? I dont know what to watch ou for in the ingredients. I got the nutrition label down, but i didnt know i was supposed to watch ingredients also.
stupid me!
can someone please let me know. can you even get luncheon meat that doesnt have any sugar in it? and what about cream cheese. we're aloud to have that, but it also has sugar in it. i read the book, but still confused!!!

It said we can use sour cream as a salad garnish, can we use that in general?(just watch carbs, of course)
thanks again!

we can't have anything with sugar yet we can have mayo? that has sugar! i went shopping for new foods and i swear, everything has sugar in it. its in the ingredients of basically everything.......what to do......
If I see an ingredient that I do not recognise... I write it down and when I get home I google it... You can find all sorts of info that way....
